I did not distribute my Debian MP, yet, but at one stage I might do... possibly with a more reliable way of rebuilding the agent which does not involve repackaging, but can start from the source code.
Once I do, these might end up onto http://scxcommunity.codeplex.com/

For now you would need to go thru the same process of rewriting the RedHat (or Suse) Mps like Robert describes here http://blogs.msdn.com/b/scxplat/archive/2010/01/05/building-a-centos-management-pack-part-1.aspx (and in the following 2 parts of that serie of posts).
